- Change Check-Up – a comprehensive view of your change activities, initiation procedures, governance, planning precision, and tracking will be produced by a health assessment of your change activities and how they are managed, resourced, and implemented..
- Change Leadership – offers the right experience to support your change events. A senior advisor role will work with your CxO, owners, and investor teams on the change and delivery strategy and help and develop your change function. Fractional Leadership – gives a resource to help you work through and deliver your change problems. Project | program | portfolio leadership – offers seasoned resource to guide and deliver a specific outcome
- Change Assurance – provides an independent view of how change initiatives operate informing Boards, NEDs, Sponsors and Senior Executives of the health, change risk, compliance with standards and delivery confidence.
- Business Case Assurance– independent view that is separate from internal challenges and personal interests. The review includes strategy alignment, options consideration, financial and commercial positions, technical and business solution proposals, sustainability of the proposed solution and delivery environment considerations.
- Board Decision Support– assurance of the information and collation process for key business change decisions being presented to a Board or other decision-making body. An honest assessment of the data provided, options presented, and the decision(s) sought.
- Portfolio / Programme / Project Assurance– Assessment of risks, operation, and delivery confidence. Formal assessment utilising the APM toolkit and, a wider holistic perspective of the underlying issues of people, processes, decision impacts and relationships.
