How do I choose which services are right for me?

What is the commitment for bespoke Services?

Each of the bespoke services will be defined and planned according to the requirement.

Business Strategy Translation, Change Check-Up and Assurance Services may be one-off and with specific end dates.

Board Advisory – Change Risk and Change Leadership services are likely to have unique longer-term arrangements.

How do I pay for subscription packages?

Payment for Service Packages is due one month in advance. Discounts are available for making advance payments. Payment Terms are 10 days from invoice date.

What's the minimum term for a Subscription Package?

The initial commitment for all packages is 6 months; this enables the right resource(s) to be aligned to you. We will arrange a review 5 weeks before the end of your term. The review will enable us to confirm continuation of service or, agree the timely transition to your internal team.

Why are all the bespoke service costs stated as P.o.A.?

Each service is tailored to you. The details of service(s) required will vary from customer to customer and will require unique solutions.

Do I have to pay anything in addition to the subscription costs?

The charges for remote delivery of services. Half-day visits to your site(s) can be arranged. Additional charges for out-of-pocket expenses will be made. VAT is excluded.
